APPStairs provides digital transformation, software development, marketing, consulting, and SaaS solutions to businesses. The scope and specifications of any services rendered are defined in separate engagement agreements or statements of work signed between APPStairs and the client.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorised content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of APPStairs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all work product and deliverables created by APPStairs for a client become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. APPStairs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of two (2) years.

Payment schedules and methods are defined in the applicable engagement agreement. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the engagement agreement.

Our website and any information provided therein are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. APPStairs does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPStairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to APPStairs in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
